It's my mom's birthday today. You know, the famous bird / opposum / groundhog / pigeon / beaver / cat / dog / general animal lady. Yup, that's her! My Mother Nature! And while I was able to Skype her on her special day, I also think she needs a big 'ole shout out. (After all, this is my public forum isn't it?)Mom, I wish I were there to give you a big hug and take you out for Foo's and an artsy-fartsy film. I promise when I get back in June, we'll celebrate!
